Complete a drawing, working with a 5-step method, using graphite, charcoal,
pastels, colored pencils and watercolor paint. Betty will let the students borrow from her supplies if needed.

All levels: Beginner to Advanced
Receive INDIVIDUAL ART INSTRUCTION in painting and
drawing in your choice of media. Bring in whatever you
want to work with. If you don’t know we’ll start with a
sketchbook and pencil.
We cannot use spray paint and odorless thinner is required
for non-water mixable oil painting.

to value. Using graphite, ink and markers,
you’ll create small 3”x 4”artworks on light, midtone
