Who We Are...
Warren Tri-County Fine Arts, Inc. (WTCFA), a nonprofit organization, was established in 1967 to enhance fine art in our lives. Over the years WTCFA has become a recognized and respected part of our community, both private and public, in the advancement of artists and art in our culture. Throughout its history WTCFA developed programs to promote artists and fine art for Warren and the surrounding communities.
